Renting out as a fully furnished KeyBridge Bachelor sub-units will generate higher rentals compared to the market rent. Suppose a 3BHK can fetch a rent of 25,000/-per month in decent locality by renting to family but keybridge fully furnished sub-units will be rented out to 6 bachelors separately charging 7,500/-per month from each then owner can earn 45,000/- per month therefore owner would get extra 20,000/- per month per property as profit. The property owner is liberal to set his own rent per person depending on location, house construction & furnishing. The owner earns more rent when the house is rented fully and less when it’s not.  But looking at the increasing demand of bachelor homes, you still end up earning more by renting as sub-units.
